The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed.
You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
Dispatching our Tours Answering phones Taking Reservations Copy checks Posting payments Balancing each Tour Information for weekly newspaper ad's Skills Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods Ability to learn new computer programs Organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills & customer service Microsoft knowledge Job Type:
