Tasks for this position will include:
Greeting clients Scheduling meetings Taking incoming phone calls Transferring calls and taking messages Scanning, faxing, and e-filing client intake forms Preparing conference rooms for meetings CRM data entry Upkeep of the lobby area and coffee bar Assist with inventory Skills to succeed in this role include:
