We are currently seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to help homeowners create the home of their dreams.
You will lead callers through a detailed script, assessing their interest and getting them excited about their new bathroom remodel window, door, or roofing replacement project.
Our call center operates Mon- Fri from 9:
00 am till 7:
00 pm (Full time or Part time) with Saturday availability, setting appointments with area homeowners and providing free in-home estimates for; Windows, Doors, and Bath remodeling projects.
By the time you get off the phone, you'll have made a new friend and left the customer eager to get started on making the home of their dreams.
Qualifications & Responsabilities; Proven experience in the customer service area Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience with CRM Excellent verbal communication skills Punctual and responsive Competent computer and internet navigation skills Provide a positive client experience Manage a large volume of outbound and inbound calls daily Salary and
