As a manufacturer of high-technology equipment, our scientific instrumentation products are produced in small quantities and require detailed attention for shipping and receiving processes in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Duties include:
Review backlog report Prepare inventory for shipment by ensuring packing slips are accurate and by properly packing items for shipment Review pull sheet; pull and kit parts based on ERP-generated shipping picklist Receive inventory when needed by physically receiving component parts, unpacking materials, and preparing them for placement into Inventory Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet intended design standards Assist with Inventory counts Enter information into the ERP system Follow any packing/shipping instructions Clean parts Assist in monitoring Inventory levels Successful candidates will possess the following:
Experience with the specific shipping requirements of delicate instruments, both domestically and internationally Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems a plus Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook Physical requirements include the ability to handle boxes, crates, small component parts, and large products for the purposes of unpacking, moving to storage, and packing for delivery.
The individual must be able to lift, transport, and/or move equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
Working hours Monday - Friday, 8:

Hours may fluctuate on an as-needed basis.
Occasional overtime; sometimes on weekends, sometimes on short notice.
