Summary:
Provides assistance to Service Department Manager by working with service team to expedite a smooth flow of communication and necessary paperwork between customers and service department.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
1.
1st point of contact with phone calls.
Receive incoming phone calls as help desk for tech support and direct calls appropriately.
2.
Organize and enter service orders into system.
3.
Provide administrative support to Service Department Manager as needed.
4.
Provide administrative support to technicians on the road.
5.
Provide customers with pricing and updates on orders 6.
Handle order management, shipping methods.
7.
Organize and forward all job billing information to Accounting Department.
8.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of spare parts inventory.
9.
Faxing, shredding and scanning
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior customer service experience, preferably in technical environment Strong computer skills--MS Office required, SAP experience is a plus German language familiarity is a plus.
