Myers Coach Lines Myers Coach Lines Export, PA Export, PA Full-time Full-time From $20 an hour From $20 an hour We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to be able to fulfill administrative work as well as become knowledgeable with dispatching drivers and charter buses.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed.
You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities Answering phones Quoting & booking trips Excel Data entry Inputting & Filing Contracts/payments Help with Dispatching Drivers and Buses on a weekly basis, along with daily driver orders and schedules Contract renewals when necessary (airport, colleges, GOPAX etc.
) Monitor the route to make sure they are DOT Compliance and help maintain status of trips to coordinate and prioritize their schedule to make sure they are on time.
Check Itinerary's when they come in to make sure they are legal with driving time and on duty time.
Monitoring the tracking and camera systems of the motorcoaches when needed.
Coordinate with Safety on driver & maintenance files along with New Drivers Helping with hiring Motorcoach Drivers, Cleaners when needed Good communication between the garage/upper management & safety Fill into the Dispatch position when needed.
Possible to drive when needed Requirements CDL Recommended or willing to get CDL Proven experience in this type of business or relevant position Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods Ability to learn new computer programs Organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills & customer service Microsoft knowledge Strong sales skills and commercial awareness Ability to interact and communicate Job Type:
